Young woman helps a mother in need while shopping at Wal-Mart

A woman recently took to Facebook to share a touching interaction she experienced at a local Wal-Mart the other day. The unnamed woman visited the store to pick up a few things, but stopped when she saw an older woman asking for help. Typically, she wouldn't stop for such a thing, but this time was different, she explained in her post.
She listened to the woman's story and was saddened by what she had gone through. "She proceeded to tell me that she turned her daughter in for dope, her 2-month-old grand baby was born addicted to crack and she has 6 grandchildren to take care of," she writes. So, she told the grandmother to get some diapers and other such supplies, and she would help foot the cost.

"She's human, I'm human and today she helped me realize a few things and I hope that I helped her," the narrator explained. The post, which has been shared over 1,000 times, has struck a chord with readers.
